Our Christmas buffet is not really a buffet,
since these traditional Christmas delicacies
are served on large platters at the table,
enabling you to take what you wish from there.
There are 4 such "servings" and you will need
at least 2½ hours if you wish to taste everything
 
1. Serving
pickled herring, pickled spiced herring,
pickled curry herring, fried and pickled herring
fried fillet of plaice with remoulade
smoked salmon with asparagus
glazed christmas ham with creamed spinach
with the herrings we serve capers, onions,
rye bread, lard and butter

2nd Serving
warm roast pork with red cabbage
duck's breast fried with honey
homemade apple, pork and onion stew
warm liver pate with bacon

3rd Serving
3 kinds of cheese with bisquits,
butter and fresh fruits

4th Serving
For dessert we serve you the
traditional rice/almond desssert
with warm cherry sauce
